Our Story

When we first visited El Salvador, every morning started with our grandma, Mama Goya, brewing the most amazing café. That simple, beautiful ritual inspired us to blend Salvadoran coffee with the foods that filled our childhood—pupusas, pan de quesadilla, and family traditions. Growing up, our mom kept her dream alive by sharing Salvadoran food from our home, and now we’re sharing it with Dallas.
